Returns are only applicable for ceramics purchased through kealeyfarmer.com directly. For any purchases made through third party suppliers, please contact them directly.
We hope you love your new purchase but if you are not happy, you have 14 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be in resalable condition complete with the original packaging.
You will need to pay to return the goods to us whether for a refund or exchange. To return an online purchase by post, please go to the ‘Contact’ section on kealeyfarmer.com. Complete the form with the product description, order number and the reason for the return. You will receive an email within 48 hours with our returns address.
We highly recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
Once we have received and checked the goods, you will receive an email to confirm receipt and notify you that your refund has been processed. Please allow 4-7 days.
Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
Any damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide photo’s and a description of the damage. A replacement item will be sent out within 5 working days. We will issue you with instructions on how to return the damaged product.
